- Greet and welcome guests to the Club Lounge in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Club Lounge, including restocking supplies and arranging furniture.
- Monitor and maintain the food and beverage offerings in the Club Lounge, ensuring they are fresh and presentable at all times.
- Engage with guests and anticipate their needs, providing personalized service and recommendations.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, including reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to effectively assist guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records for all Club Lounge charges.
- Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend training and departmental meetings to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
- Support the hotel's sustainability initiatives by promoting eco-friendly practices and minimizing waste in the Club Lounge.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement new ideas to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and act as a brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels.
- Uphold the hotel's high standards of service and ensure that all guests have an exceptional and memorable stay.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Hospitality Industry.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations.
Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
