Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A Club Lounge Attendant At Holiday Inn Hotels Must Possess Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills In Order To Provide A High Level Of Service To Guests.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage: Candidates For This Role Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Food And Beverage Service, Including Proper Serving Techniques, Menu Knowledge, And Bar Tending Skills.
Attention To Detail: The Club Lounge Attendant Must Be Detail-Oriented And Able To Maintain A Clean And Organized Environment In The Club Lounge Area, Ensuring That All Supplies Are Well-Stocked And Presentation Is Impeccable.
Ability To Multitask: This Position Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once, Including Serving Food And Beverages, Restocking Supplies, And Attending To Guests' Needs.
