  1. Greet and welcome guests to the Club Lounge with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's amenities, services, and daily events to assist guests and answer any questions they may have.
  3. Provide personalized and attentive service to guests in the Club Lounge, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Set up and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Club Lounge, including restocking food and beverage items.
  5. Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages to guests.
  6. Anticipate and respond to guests' needs and requests promptly and efficiently.
  7. Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
  9. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
  10. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the overall guest experience by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions for improvement.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and hotel meetings.
  13. Uphold the hotel's brand standards and promote a positive image of Holiday Inn Hotels.
  14. Foster a team-oriented and collaborative work environment, assisting colleagues as needed.
  15. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Club Lounge Attendant Should Have Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Provide Exceptional Service To Guests In The Club Lounge Area. This Includes Being Friendly, Attentive, And Able To Anticipate And Fulfill Guests' Needs.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: Candidates For This Role Should Be Familiar With The Day-To-Day Operations Of A Hotel, Including Check-In And Check-Out Procedures, Room Reservations, And Guest Requests. This Knowledge Will Help Them Efficiently Assist Guests And Handle Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Attention To Detail: Club Lounge Attendants Are Responsible For Maintaining The Cleanliness And Appearance Of The Lounge Area, As Well As Restocking Supplies And Ensuring That All Amenities Are Available For Guests. This Requires A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
