Welcome to Holiday Inn Hotels! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Club Lounge Attendant. As a Club Lounge Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a strong attention to detail. Greet and welcome guests to the Club Lounge in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Maintain a clean and organized Club Lounge, including restocking and replenishing items as needed.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
Assist with check-in and check-out processes for Club Lounge guests.
Ensure all food and beverage items are properly stocked and presented according to brand standards.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Club Lounge, including tables, chairs, and common areas.
Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Anticipate and address any guest needs or issues, escalating to management as needed.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Provide recommendations and information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Attend regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Club Lounge Attendant At Holiday Inn Hotels Must Have Exceptional Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Provide A High Level Of Service To Guests In The Club Lounge.
Previous Experience In A Similar Role: Holiday Inn Hotels Prefer Candidates With Prior Experience Working As A Club Lounge Attendant Or In A Similar Position In The Hospitality Industry.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk Procedures, Food And Beverage Service, And Housekeeping.
Attention To Detail: As A Club Lounge Attendant, One Must Be Highly Attentive To Details And Have The Ability To Maintain A Clean And Organized Lounge Area At All Times.
Team Player: Working As A Part Of The Hotel's Team, The Club Lounge Attendant Must Have The Ability To Work Well With Others, Take Direction, And Contribute To A Positive And Productive Work Environment.
