Welcome to the Holiday Inn Hotels team! We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Club Lounge Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Club Lounge Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests in the exclusive Club Lounge. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail. - Greet and welcome guests to the Club Lounge in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized Club Lounge area, ensuring all supplies and amenities are fully stocked.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, including but not limited to food and beverage orders, reservations, and recommendations for local attractions.
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage offerings in the Club Lounge to ensure freshness and quality.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the Holiday Inn brand.
- Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist with special events or functions held in the Club Lounge.
- Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the Club Lounge experience.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to privacy and confidentiality.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Club Lounge Attendant At Holiday Inn Hotels Must Possess Exceptional Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide A High Level Of Service To Guests In The Club Lounge Area.
Previous Hospitality Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Similar Role Or In A Hotel Setting.
Bar And Food Service Knowledge: The Club Lounge Attendant Should Have A Good Understanding Of Bar And Food Service, Including Knowledge Of Basic Drink Mixing And Food Presentation.
Attention To Detail: As The Club Lounge Is Often A Premium Amenity For Hotel Guests, The Club Lounge Attendant Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Maintain A Clean And Well-Stocked Environment.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours: This Role May Require Working Early Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, So Candidates Should Be Willing And Able To Work A Flexible Schedule.
