- Greet and welcome guests to the Club Lounge area with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized Club Lounge area, including restocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness of tables and seating areas.
- Communicate effectively with guests to promote hotel amenities, services, and special offers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and beverage items in the Club Lounge area.
- Set up and replenish food and beverage stations in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to guests based on their preferences and needs.
- Assist with event coordination and set-up in the Club Lounge area, including special occasions and private gatherings.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on hotel services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to assist guests with recommendations and arrangements.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the hotel in a positive manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Club Lounge Attendant At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Top-Notch Service To Guests In The Club Lounge.
Prior Experience In A Similar Role: Ideal Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Hotel Or Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Club Lounge Or Executive Lounge Setting.
Strong Organizational Skills: As A Club Lounge Attendant, One Will Be Responsible For Managing The Inventory, Keeping The Lounge Area Clean And Tidy, And Handling Guest Requests Efficiently. Therefore, Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Service: A Club Lounge Attendant Should Have A Good Understanding Of Food And Beverage Service, Including Basic Knowledge Of Wine And Cocktail Service, To Provide A High-End Dining Experience For Guests.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Holiday Inn Hotels Can Be A Busy And Fast-Paced Environment, Especially During Peak Seasons. As Such, The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure And Maintain Composure While Delivering Excellent Service To Guests.
