- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel's catering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate leads and increase sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Collaborate with various departments within the hotel to ensure smooth execution of events and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve maximum profitability for the hotel.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client information and revenue data.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows to promote the catering services and generate business.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure their success and contribution to the team's goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations.
- Continuously strive for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Catering Sales, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And Vendors.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Increasing Revenue.
Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.
