
Catering Sales Manager

You will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure the success of our catering sales department. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase catering revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and research potential new clients and actively pursue leads to generate new business.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests from potential and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits and provide detailed information to clients to assist in their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to create customized menus and packages for events.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to remain competitive and make recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize sales software and tools to track and manage leads, sales, and client information.
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure successful execution of events.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry events to promote the hotel and generate new business.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Catering Sales Or Event Planning
Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Customer Service Skills
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Revenue Goals
Knowledge Of Local Market And Industry Trends In Catering And Event Planning.
