- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue targets.
- Actively prospect and generate new business through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase our catering services and facilities.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and proposals for clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to secure business.
- Manage the entire catering sales process from initial inquiry to event execution.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure successful event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all catering sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to improve their skills and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and manage catering sales budget and expenses.
- Attend regular sales meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the hotel.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows to promote our catering services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Catering Sales, Preferably In A Hotel Setting
Strong Sales And Negotiation Skills
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Industry Trends And Ability To Create Innovative Menus And Packages To Drive Sales.
