- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase sales for the hotel's catering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions for their events.
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to potential clients to showcase the hotel's catering services and facilities.
- Collaborate with the hotel's culinary and event planning teams to ensure seamless execution of events and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure all event details are communicated and executed flawlessly.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel's catering services and expand the client base.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the hotel's CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or issues to maintain a positive reputation for the hotel.
- Train and mentor junior catering sales team members to ensure their success and development within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hotel Catering Sales Or Event Planning
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
