- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company and industry standards.
- Regularly inspect and evaluate the condition of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance services.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including materials used and costs.
- Stay up-to-date on building codes and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in departmental and safety meetings as required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
- Proactively identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control measures for the maintenance department.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline maintenance processes.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff as needed.
- Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Building Operations And Maintenance, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.
Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Electrical And Plumbing Systems, And Fire Safety Regulations.
Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
