- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel bar.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring guests' needs are met.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes and hotel policies.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work as a team with other bar team members and hotel staff to provide a seamless experience for guests.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel amenities, services, and promotions to assist guests with inquiries.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with hotel policies.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and represent the hotel in a professional manner at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities to go above and beyond for guests and exceed their expectations.
Previous Bartending Experience: Applicants Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working Behind A Bar, With A Strong Knowledge Of Drink Preparation And Mixology.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Bar Team Member Must Have A Friendly And Outgoing Personality, As They Will Be Interacting With Guests On A Daily Basis. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.
Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Safety Regulations: As A Part Of Their Job, Bar Team Members Will Be Responsible For Handling And Serving Food And Drinks. Therefore, They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations To Maintain A Clean And Hygienic Environment.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Working In A Bar Can Be Hectic And Fast-Paced, Especially During Peak Hours. Applicants Should Be Able To Multitask, Work Efficiently Under Pressure, And Maintain A Positive Attitude.
Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills: A Bar Team Member Will Be Working Closely With Other Members Of The Hotel Staff, Including The Kitchen And Waitstaff. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Teamwork And Communication Skills To Ensure Smooth Operations And Customer Satisfaction.
