- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are stocked and in good condition.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations as needed.
- Promote and upsell hotel amenities and promotions to guests, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and allergen information, to assist guests with their selections.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food orders for guests seated at the bar.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and placing orders for bar supplies as needed.
