1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
2. Ensure all banquet tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment are set up according to event specifications.
3. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
5. Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setting up and breaking down tables and chairs, arranging centerpieces, and other tasks as needed.
