1. Oversee and manage the security operations of the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees at all times.
2. Train and supervise security staff, including conducting performance evaluations, scheduling shifts, and providing guidance and support when needed.
3. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to potential threats or incidents.
4. Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify any potential risks or vulnerabilities and take necessary actions to address them.
5. Monitor and control access to the hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.

8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security-related incidents, investigations, and training.
9. Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulations related to hotel security and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
10. Foster a culture of safety and security awareness among all hotel staff, promoting a proactive and preventative approach to security.
11. Assist with the development and management of the security budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
12. Serve as a point of contact for law enforcement and emergency services, providing support and cooperation as needed.
13. Conduct regular trainings and drills for hotel staff on emergency response procedures and security protocols.
14. Handle guest complaints or concerns related to security in a professional and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
