As a member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  2. Train and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and productivity.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  4. Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to hotel standards.
  5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  8. Create and maintain a schedule for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  9. Assist with budgeting and cost control measures for the housekeeping department.
  10. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and guests by enforcing safety procedures and regulations.
  11. Support and promote a positive and team-oriented work culture.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping.
  13. Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and standards.
  14. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Hotel Management.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In Housekeeping Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In The Housekeeping Department Of A Hotel Or Hospitality Industry Is Required.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Housekeeping Staff And Ensure High Levels Of Cleanliness And Service Quality.

  • Knowledge Of Housekeeping Procedures And Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Housekeeping Procedures, Safety Regulations And Industry Standards To Maintain A Clean And Hygienic Environment For Guests.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Guests, Team Members, And Other Hotel Departments To Ensure Smooth Operations And Guest Satisfaction.
