  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at all times.
  2. Train, coach, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, and professionalism.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
  4. Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure timely guest requests and room readiness.
  5. Create and maintain a detailed cleaning schedule to ensure all rooms and areas are cleaned and maintained regularly.
  6. Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  7. Respond to and resolve guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Adhere to all safety and security procedures and ensure staff is trained and compliant with these protocols.
  9. Assist with budgeting and cost control measures for the housekeeping department.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve housekeeping processes and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and team efficiency.
  11. Maintain open and effective communication with other departments and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff.
  13. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new housekeeping team members.
  14. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and implement them as appropriate.
  15. Uphold and promote the company's values, mission, and standards of excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role Within A Hotel Or Hospitality Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
