  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.
  2. Train, coach, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they are delivering high-quality service and following established procedures.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
  4. Monitor and control housekeeping expenses, including labor and supplies, to ensure budget goals are met.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations, including coordinating with front desk to prioritize room cleaning and maintenance needs.
  6. Maintain inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure the housekeeping team has the necessary tools to perform their duties.
  7. Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping and take appropriate action to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Keep updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the housekeeping department's operations and service delivery.
  9. Implement and maintain quality control measures, such as regular room inspections and guest feedback, to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  10. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the housekeeping team, including recognizing and rewarding their contributions and addressing any performance issues.
  11. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests.
  12. Assist the Housekeeping Manager in creating and updating standard operating procedures to promote efficiency and consistency in housekeeping operations.
  13. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure all team members are updated on hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  14. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations, for the housekeeping department.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
