- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the food and beverage department.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and other support staff.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and excellent communication among staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, in accordance with budget and hotel standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies and procedures.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update menus, taking into account guest preferences and seasonal offerings.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards and enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and functions, such as banquets, weddings, and corporate meetings.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, including sales and expenses, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic decisions for the food and beverage department.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, leading by example for the food and beverage team.
- Adhere to company and brand standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in all food and beverage offerings.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In Food And Beverage Operations, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Industry Trends, As Well As Local And Regional Market Dynamics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Proficient In Budgeting And Financial Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Revenue And Cost Targets.
Degree Or Diploma In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
