
Assistant Executive Housekeeper

We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper. In this role, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. - Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they are following company standards and providing exceptional service to guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies necessary for the housekeeping department.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in creating and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures for the housekeeping department.
- Monitor and control departmental expenses to ensure budget goals are met.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the hotel and its values.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably Within The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
Knowledge Of Housekeeping Procedures And Industry Standards.
