- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies to identify revenue opportunities for Holiday Inn Hotels in the designated area.
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular pricing and inventory analysis to ensure optimal pricing and availability of rooms.
- Collaborate with hotel sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Utilize various revenue management tools and systems to track and analyze market demand and adjust pricing accordingly.
- Prepare and present revenue reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure revenue management strategies are aligned with overall hotel goals and objectives.
- Continuously monitor and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
- Train and educate hotel teams on revenue management principles and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to revenue management and incorporate them into strategies for Holiday Inn Hotels.
- Communicate regularly with corporate revenue management team to share updates and collaborate on company-wide revenue initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of revenue data and analysis.
- Proactively identify and resolve any revenue-related issues or discrepancies.
- Participate in revenue management meetings and contribute insights and ideas for revenue optimization.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels and uphold the company's standards of excellence in revenue management.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Revenue Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Sets Of Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
