  1. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies to identify revenue opportunities for Holiday Inn Hotels in the designated area.
  2. Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  3. Conduct regular pricing and inventory analysis to ensure optimal pricing and availability of rooms.
  4. Collaborate with hotel sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
  5. Utilize various revenue management tools and systems to track and analyze market demand and adjust pricing accordingly.
  6. Prepare and present revenue reports and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure revenue management strategies are aligned with overall hotel goals and objectives.
  8. Continuously monitor and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
  9. Train and educate hotel teams on revenue management principles and best practices.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to revenue management and incorporate them into strategies for Holiday Inn Hotels.
  11. Communicate regularly with corporate revenue management team to share updates and collaborate on company-wide revenue initiatives.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of revenue data and analysis.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any revenue-related issues or discrepancies.
  14. Participate in revenue management meetings and contribute insights and ideas for revenue optimization.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels and uphold the company's standards of excellence in revenue management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Revenue Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Sets Of Data.
