  1. Conduct regular analysis of market trends and competitor pricing to identify revenue opportunities for the designated area.
  2. Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to drive profitability for the hotels.
  3. Monitor and analyze hotel performance, including room rates, occupancy levels, and revenue, to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies for group bookings and special events.
  5. Utilize revenue management systems and tools to make pricing recommendations and monitor rate changes.
  6. Communicate with hotel managers and revenue management teams to ensure the implementation of revenue strategies.
  7. Identify and address any potential revenue risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on revenue performance and opportunities.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue management to continuously improve strategies.
  10. Act as a liaison between the hotels and the central revenue management team to ensure alignment and consistency in revenue strategies.
  11. Train and mentor hotel staff on revenue management principles and strategies.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of new revenue management tools and processes.
  13. Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with hotel teams to drive a revenue-focused culture.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve revenue management processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Revenue Management Or Pricing Analysis In The Hospitality Industry

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools (E.g. Excel, Tableau)

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Knowledge Of Revenue Management Systems (E.g. Opera, Ideas) And Understanding Of Market Trends And Dynamics In The Hotel Industry.
