
Service Shop Co-Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the Service Shop, including customer interactions, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels in the Service Shop, ordering new products as needed.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales goals for the Service Shop.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
- Manage the hiring and onboarding process for new Service Shop team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized Service Shop, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments within the store to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve the Service Shop's offerings.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Store Manager.
Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Retail Store Or Department. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Staff, Inventory Management, And Meeting Sales Goals.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Service Shop Co-Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Employees, So Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Resolve Conflicts Effectively.
Knowledge Of Crafting And Hobby Supplies: As A Service Shop Co-Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Service Shop, Which Includes Framing, Floral, And Custom-Made Products. A Thorough Understanding Of Crafting And Hobby Supplies Is Important In Order To Effectively Manage This Department.
