Experience In Security Or Loss Prevention: Candidates For A Loss Prevention Agent Job At Hobby Lobby Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Security Or Loss Prevention Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting.
Strong Observational And Detective Skills: Loss Prevention Agents Must Be Able To Identify Suspicious Behavior And Potential Theft Through Careful Observation And Analysis.
