As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our e-commerce platform and internal systems. Develop and maintain Hobby Lobby's e-commerce platform and internal systems.
Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure the security and integrity of the e-commerce platform and internal systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development and implement best practices.
Optimize website performance and user experience.
Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to identify and fix any issues.
Work closely with the design team to ensure the website's visual aesthetics are aligned with the company's brand.
Continuously monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Participate in team meetings and actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Maintain proper documentation and version control for all code changes.
Adhere to deadlines and project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Stay updated on industry developments and trends to incorporate new technologies and techniques into the development process.

Job Qualifications

Expertise In Both Front-End And Back-End Development: A Full Stack Developer At Hobby Lobby Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Both Front-End And Back-End Technologies Such As Html, Css, Javascript, And Databases. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Develop And Maintain The Company's E-Commerce Website And Other Online Applications.
Proficiency In Various Programming Languages: In Addition To Web Development Languages, A Full Stack Developer At Hobby Lobby Should Be Well-Versed In Multiple Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Php. This Will Allow Them To Handle A Wide Range Of Projects And Tasks.
Experience With Content Management Systems: Hobby Lobby's Website And Online Platforms Are Powered By A Content Management System. A Full Stack Developer Should Have Experience Working With Popular Cms Platforms Such As Wordpress Or Drupal, And Be Able To Customize And Optimize Them For The Company's Needs.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As A Full Stack Developer, You Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues That May Arise On The Company's Website And Applications. A Strong Problem-Solving Ability Is Crucial In This Role, As It Will Help Ensure That The Website And Other Platforms Are Functioning Smoothly At All Times.
Knowledge Of E-Commerce Best Practices: Hobby Lobby Is A Retail Company With A Strong Online Presence. As Such, A Full Stack Developer Should Have A Good Understanding Of E-Commerce Best Practices, Including User Experience, Search Engine Optimization, And Online Security. This Will Enable Them To Develop And Maintain An Efficient And Secure E-Commerce Platform For The Company's Customers.
