Job Description

At HOAG, we are looking for a Web Applications Developer Lead to join our team and help us bring our software development initiatives to life. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for developing and delivering high-quality, user-friendly web applications, as well as an aptitude for managing teams and projects.We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and web app development, with expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in developing and managing projects within a service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment is a must. In addition, a successful candidate should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and able to bring innovative ideas to the table, while maintaining a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. If you're a creative problem-solver who loves to collaborate and take initiative, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on user experience.
  2. Design and implement user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  3. Work within a service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment.
  4. Manage projects and teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  5. Possess strong leadership and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
  6. Bring innovative ideas to the table and come up with creative solutions to problems.
  7. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  8. Monitor and maintain web applications to ensure they are running smoothly.
  9. Troubleshoot and debug web applications as needed.
