
Telemetry Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Telemetry Technician to join our team at HOAG. This position offers the right candidate an opportunity to make a real impact in providing compassionate care to our patients and their families. As the Telemetry Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for monitoring and interpreting patient data from ECG, cardiac rhythm strips, and other physiological data. To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of cardiac physiology, be knowledgeable about the cardiac rhythm and recognize variances, and have the ability to accurately interpret and act upon all patient data. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to stay calm and organized in the face of challenging situations. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of one year of experience as a Telemetry Technician, a current BLS certification, and a current California license as a Nursing Assistant. Previous experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is a plus.
