  1. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  2. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in healthcare processes and systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute improvement plans.
  4. Lead and facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives.
  6. Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
  7. Identify and address potential barriers to improvement and develop solutions to overcome them.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  9. Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on quality improvement methodologies and best practices.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to quality improvement in healthcare.
  11. Act as a liaison between different departments to promote collaboration and alignment in quality improvement efforts.
  12. Identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to quality improvement initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality throughout the organization.
  14. Provide guidance and support to team members involved in quality improvement initiatives.
  15. Communicate and present progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Quality Improvement.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Improvement, Project Management, Or Related Field In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Certification In Quality Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Pdsa.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Accreditation Standards Related To Quality Improvement, Such As Cms And The Joint Commission.
