- Act as a liaison between different departments to promote collaboration and alignment in quality improvement efforts.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to quality improvement initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality throughout the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate and present progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Quality Improvement.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Improvement, Project Management, Or Related Field In A Healthcare Setting.
Certification In Quality Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Pdsa.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Regulatory And Accreditation Standards Related To Quality Improvement, Such As Cms And The Joint Commission.
