  1. Develop and implement financial reporting strategies and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  3. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the financial reporting process, including accounting, finance, and legal departments.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting deliverables, including quarterly and annual reports.
  6. Collaborate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for financial audits.
  7. Conduct regular reviews of financial reporting procedures and make recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Communicate financial reporting updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
  9. Train and mentor team members on financial reporting standards and processes.
  10. Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  11. Lead and participate in special projects related to financial reporting as needed.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the financial reporting team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Other Relevant Accounting Principles.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Financial Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
