- Develop and implement financial reporting strategies and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the financial reporting process, including accounting, finance, and legal departments.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting deliverables, including quarterly and annual reports.
- Collaborate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for financial audits.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial reporting procedures and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate financial reporting updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
- Train and mentor team members on financial reporting standards and processes.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Other Relevant Accounting Principles.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Financial Professionals.
