Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and enthusiastic Patient Relations Liaison Lead to join our team at HOAG. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for providing excellent customer service, an unwavering commitment to patient satisfaction, and a strong ability to lead a team of patient relations professionals. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of patient relations professionals in providing excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient relations services.
  3. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with patients and their families.
  4. Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and deliver patient relations training programs to staff and volunteers.
  6. Develop and coordinate patient outreach programs.
  7. Act as an advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
  8. Resolve patient service issues in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Oversee and manage patient complaints.
  10. Coordinate patient surveys and feedback sessions.
