  1. Conduct thorough reviews of physician contracts and ensure they comply with legal and ethical standards.
  2. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with physicians and their representatives.
  3. Update and maintain a database of all physician contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the Legal General Counsel team to provide legal support and guidance on contract-related matters.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in healthcare laws that may impact physician contracts.
  6. Draft legal documents, including letters, agreements, and amendments, related to physician contracts.
  7. Communicate and coordinate with various departments within the organization to gather information and ensure the timely execution of contracts.
  8. Assists with the resolution of any contract disputes or issues that may arise.
  9. Conduct research on legal issues related to physician contracts and provide recommendations to the team.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and their representatives to facilitate effective contract negotiations.
  12. Assist with the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
  13. Attend meetings and training sessions as needed to stay updated on relevant legal and industry developments.
  14. Ensure all contracts are properly filed and organized for easy retrieval.
  15. Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies, Pre-Law, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience As A Paralegal In A Healthcare Or Corporate Legal Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Physician Contracts, Healthcare Regulations, And Legal Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Physicians, Executives, And Legal Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Legal Research Methods And Experience Drafting Legal Documents And Contracts.
