Member Concierge

Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and support to HOAG members. • Act as the face of the organization and ensure a positive and welcoming experience for members. • Handle inquiries, respond to complaints, and provide solutions to members’ concerns. • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all customer queries. • Maintain knowledge of HOAG products and services. • Develop strong relationships with members and ensure their satisfaction. • Monitor customer feedback and provide reports to management. • Assist in identifying and resolving customer service issues. • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
