The ideal candidate for this position will have a compassionate and professional demeanor, and a desire to provide top-notch care for our patients. A qualified Medical Assistant Lead should have at least 3 years of experience in the medical field, strong leadership and communication skills, and an understanding of medical insurance and billing. Additionally, this individual should be knowledgeable in medical terminology and be proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems. The successful candidate should also be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task, as well as the drive to motivate and inspire our team of medical assistants.
