Job Description

At HOAG, we’re looking for an experienced Insurance Verification Specialist who is passionate about helping patients and their families navigate the insurance process. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, communicating benefit information to patients, and providing assistance to patients in resolving insurance issues. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in insurance verification, be organized and detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to insurance verification. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
