Job Description

At HOAG, we are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Employee Relations Advisor to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for a passionate individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and is able to effectively navigate complex employee relations issues.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the field of employee relations. In addition to a successful academic background, the successful candidate will have proven experience in providing advice and consultation on employee relations matters, such as evaluation, discipline, and performance management. The successful candidate will also have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We are looking for someone who is eager to join our team and make a positive contribution to our HR department. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide advice and consultation on employee relations matters such as evaluation, discipline, and performance management.
  2. Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  3. Investigate employee complaints and grievances.
  4. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
  5. Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on employee relations topics.
  6. Listen to and address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations related to employee relations.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations related to employee relations.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors regarding employee relations issues and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure employee relations matters are appropriately addressed.

Job Qualifications
