At HOAG, we are looking for a passionate, driven and motivated individual to join our team as Director of Development. This role will be responsible for leading and executing all fundraising initiatives, ensuring the success of our development team and the growth of our donor base. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of successful fundraising and donor relationship management, and a commitment to our mission of inspiring healthier lives through prevention, education and research. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly organized, and creative problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a non-profit development or fundraising role. Experience within the healthcare or medical field is preferred. Additionally, the Director of Development should have a deep understanding of donor relations, have exceptional communication skills, and be a team player.
