
Compensation Analyst
The Compensation Analyst consults with assigned business units on issues relating to new positions, equity issues, new hire rates, wage and hour and policy questions. Supports a client group and assists with issues relating to establishing new positions, equity issues, new hire rates, wage and hour and policy questions. Prepares analytical reports for HR and Hospital management on Hoag competitive position, prepares recommendations for salary structure and position pay changes as necessary. Stays current with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure organization compliance.
Ability to work long hours
