  1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.

  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
  12. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and trainings.
  13. Maintain a current nursing license and stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in the field of nursing.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  16. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  17. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution

  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Setting, Preferably In A Specialty Area

  • Bls Certification From The American Heart Association

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
