Job Qualifications
  • Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Setting, Preferably In A Specialty Area Such As Intensive Care, Emergency, Or Surgical Services.

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Clinical Judgments.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Healthcare Team Members And Patients.
