Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience, Preferably In An Acute Care Setting.
Specialized Certification In A Clinical Area Such As Critical Care, Oncology, Or Emergency Services.
Strong Communication, Critical Thinking, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Multidisciplinary Team.
