Responsibilities:

1. Perform clinical laboratory tests on patient specimens to provide accurate and timely diagnostic data.
2. Ensure laboratory safety and quality control procedures are followed.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results.
4. Analyze test results and interpret data to reach valid conclusions.
5. Collaborate with other laboratory personnel to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
6. Assist in the training of laboratory staff on new or updated laboratory procedures.
7. Monitor laboratory supplies and equipment and ensure that they are up to date and properly maintained.
8. Communicate test results to medical staff and discuss any necessary follow-up procedures.
9. Participate in research activities to identify new laboratory testing methods.
10. Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and laboratory standards.
