- Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to HOAG's standards of exceptional and compassionate care.
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, including patient flow, staffing assignments, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.

- Continuously update knowledge and skills through participation in educational opportunities and professional development activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team.
Knowledge Of Current Healthcare Policies, Procedures, And Regulations, With A Focus On Patient Safety And Quality Improvement.
