
Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join the HOAG team! This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing administrative support and is eager to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2-3 years of administrative support experience, strong multitasking skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. They must be tech-savvy and have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must, and the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and discretion at all times. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HOAG team.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs to meet team needs.
