Oversee test cases (manual or automated) and analyze/report results. Document testing phases and defects and report bugs and errors to development teams. Facilitate troubleshooting for identified issues. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Review technical specifications, user manuals and software release notes, create test plans from them and present test plans for review and sign off.
