Provides technology services to HNTB clients by providing support for problems of moderate scope and complexity, designing, developing, configuring, testing, implementing and maintaining software and/or web applications and systems. Leads and assists on projects of moderate scope. Develops modern web applications using advanced programming tools and languages, based on the project requirements document. Thoroughly tests and documents all work produced. Provides user support and utilizes strong troubleshooting skills to solve complex technical problems with legacy applications or systems. May lead small projects of limited scope and complexity. Designs user interfaces for web-based applications based on an understanding of data use and client need. Provides user support and solves moderately complex technical problems with legacy applications or systems. Meets with business and technology staff to understand and document system requirements.
