Hospitality Lead

In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality services to all of our guests and contributing to a positive and welcoming work environment. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of hospitality or guest services experience. You should also have professional communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
2. Ensure that all hospitality services provided are done in a timely and professional manner.
3. Monitor and respond to feedback from customers to ensure satisfaction.
4. Develop and implement hospitality policies and procedures.
5. Train and manage staff in hospitality services.
6. Manage inventory and stock of hospitality supplies.
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
8. Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
9. Prepare reports and analyze data to track customer satisfaction.
10. Maintain budget and track all expenses related to hospitality services.
