Job Description

Are you a highly motivated Global Employee Experience Manager with a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences? We’re looking for a creative individual to join the Hines team and become an integral part of our employee experience program.In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative ways to engage and retain our global workforce. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to create a positive and inspiring work environment for our employees.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 5+ years of experience in employee engagement and experience design. You should be a strategic thinker who is adept at creating meaningful, data-driven experiences that keep our employees engaged and motivated. You should also be a strong problem-solver and communicator who is comfortable working with people from all levels of the organization.If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact, then this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative employee engagement and experience initiatives to retain and motivate a global workforce.
  2. Analyze data to understand current trends, challenges, and opportunities within the employee experience program.
  3. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create a positive and inspiring work environment.
  4. Execute strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
  5. Manage the employee experience program budget.
  6. Monitor employee experience program performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Identify and implement new employee experience technologies.
  8. Support employee onboarding and training activities.
  9. Lead employee focus groups and other team-building activities.
  10. Develop and implement surveys to measure employee engagement and satisfaction.
