Building Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Building Engineer to join our team at Hines. As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all building systems and equipment, as well as the overall safety and comfort of our tenants and staff. You’ll need to be an excellent problem solver, have exceptional communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a building engineering and maintenance role, as well as a valid HVACR certification. They should be well-versed in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques, have familiarity with electrical systems and components, and be knowledgeable of building codes, regulations, and environmental health and safety standards.
