- Coordinate and manage all aspects of weddings at Hilton Hotels, from initial inquiry to final execution.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs for their special day.
- Create detailed event timelines and ensure all vendors and staff are aware of their responsibilities and timings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and hotel staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Conduct site visits and provide tours to potential clients, showcasing Hilton's wedding venues and packages.
- Assist in the planning and execution of wedding-related events, such as bridal shows and open houses.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Hilton's wedding packages, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales and catering teams to increase wedding bookings and revenue.
- Handle and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding.
- Stay updated on current wedding trends and provide creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall wedding experience for clients.
- Manage wedding budgets and ensure all expenses are within the agreed-upon budget.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as creating contracts, tracking client payments, and maintaining client records.
- Manage and coordinate the setup and breakdown of wedding events, ensuring all details are executed to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and create unforgettable experiences for each wedding at Hilton Hotels.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Event Planning Or Coordination, Preferably In The Wedding Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Vendors, And Hotel Staff.
Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills To Handle Multiple Tasks And Events Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Wedding Trends, Traditions, And Etiquette To Assist Clients In Planning Their Special Day.
Proficiency In Event Management Software And Technology, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To New Systems And Processes.
