1. Oversee the stewarding team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
2. Train and mentor new stewards, ensuring that they understand their responsibilities and Hilton's standards of cleanliness.
3. Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure they meet Hilton's standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to maintain a seamless flow of operations.
5. Create and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to Hilton's standards.
6. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and order replacements as needed.
7. Ensure that all stewarding staff are properly trained and adhere to Hilton's health and safety protocols.
8. Address any guest or employee concerns related to cleanliness or maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas.
9. Prepare and submit reports on stewarding operations and team performance to the management team.
10. Assist with budget planning and control costs related to stewarding operations.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to continuously improve stewarding operations.
12. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all stewarding staff.
